Way Behind! Part 2

Well here you go a post covering the
last 4 months. I started with Halloween
and went back to July. Sorry for all the
pictures and the long posts. We had a family
halloween party and play the sock game.

Lincoln had an amazing time trick or treating.
He just wanted to keep going and going. He would
run from one house to the next and then run back
to show me what he had gotten.

It was so nice outside that Emmett came along with
us and was so good just riding in the stroller.

Lincoln picked out this hat game from the store
for our family party. He loved playing it with
everyone.

Mom made these yummy desserts.

Kelsey made these worms out of jello, it was so
gross looking.

We got to go to our Ward Halloween party and
had a great time. Lincoln playing games.

We also went to Stringtown Express Train Ride
and had a great time. The boys loved the Train.

We went to Ihop with our friends for Scary
Pancakes and had fun eating breakfast!

We had so many wonderful friends and family
members who came to help us lay our sod. We
now have an amazing backyard.

Way Behind! Part 1

This is going to be picture overload,
I have been a slacker when it comes to
blogging lately and am way behind. So
please bear with me as I post about the
last 4 months. My two cute BYU boys!
These boys are starting to be friends and
both love to wear their cougar shirts.

We were able to go to Disneyland in September
with my family and had an amazing time.
The boys loved every minute of it and were
so good. We can't wait to go back again.

We got to see all the Halloween decorations.
September was a great time to go, not very many
people and perfect weather.

Waiting anxiously for our first day at Disney Land.

Liz and Andy came to stay with us for a few days
in September and helped us get a good start on
our awful yard.

We rented a sod cutter to get all the old crappy
grass out. It was a ton of work but we were
able to get it all cut out and moved into one
big pile.

The following weekend after cutting it all out,
my family came and helped us haul all of this
into a big dumpster. Thanks everyone
for your help to get us this far.

Craig had a business trip in Las Vegas the end
of August and I was able to go for a few days and
stay with him. We had a great time!

We were able to see Terry Fator and it was
an awesome show. Thanks Mom and
Dad for watching the boys!

At the farm one day the kids were able to make
pig ears and a nose. Isn't he the most
adorable pig you have ever seen?

The first week of August we were able to go to
Chicago on a Business trip with Craig.

We went to the Brookfield Zoo while we were there
it was an amazing Zoo. Liz and Andy
were able to join us there and we had a great
time visiting with them and enjoying the sites.

The boys couldn't get enough of Gammy and Pop-Pop.

Craig's 29th Birthday!

Craig's birthday was filled with lots
of fun on the Ward Family Slip-n-slide and
yummy pizza.

We love our Emmett boy! He is
so cute!

July!

Well a lot has happened in the last month so there
is picture overload. My two cute boys playing together.

Emmett 12 months old. He is getting so big.
What a fun little boy. He is still a complete
mommies boy. He is so fun to snuggle with.
He has a very contagious smile.

Emmett can clap and wave. He is now pulling
himself up to furniture and cruising along.
He loves being able to follow his brother and
do more of the things that he can do. At his
doctor appointment he weighed 21 pounds
and was 30.5 inches long. He is so happy as long
as he can see mommy. He loves to dance and is so good at it.
He can also make the sound of a sheep and the noise
a car makes. We love our little guy.

We got to take nana and papa to the zoo with us
one day and had so much fun. Lincoln loves it
there and loves to take his friends and family.

Our ward had their annual bike parade
so we got to go and decorate Link's bike . We only
made it about half way to the park before
we had to carry the bike.

Cute naked babies on fathers day. I have such an
amazing husband and he is the greatest dad my
boys could ask for. They both are so excited when
he comes home from work. Thanks for all you do
for us. I also want to thank my dad and my father
in law for all the do and the great examples that they
are for our family.

We went to a couple of Lehi's parades that they have
they were great.

We also went to the Balloons in Provo. Too
bad we got there a little late and the Balloons
were already blown up. We still had a great time.

Our baby turned one this month so we had
a fun birthday party. He loves wheels and
trucks so I made him a truck birthday cake
and just for him I made a wheel one.

Aunt Megan and Uncle Tyler gave him.

Wow this little guy made a big haul. Thanks
everyone for all the great presents.

At first Emmett didn't want to have anything
to with his cake but once the other kids started
digging in he decided that he loved it.

We got to visit Great Grandma Ward and

We went to the zoo with some friends of
ours. Lincoln loves being with these boys.

long so we decided to give him a

We got to go to a little pond by my mom's house
this week and had so much fun playing.
It was as close to our white sand beaches
as we are going to get here.

BOYS!

Last month Emmett turned 10 months. He is
such a cute little boy and had the greatest smile.
I can't believe how fast he is growing up. He is
army crawling all over the place. He try's to crawl
but decides that it is much faster for him to
army crawl. He loves dancing and playing with
his brother. He is still a mommy's boy and doesn't
want to have anything to do with anyone else when
I am around.

Lincoln loves to be in Emmett's month
to month pictures with him. Most of the time these
boys are best friends and Lincoln is always trying to give
him hugs and kisses. We are so glad to have
these two little boys in our home!

We have started feeding Emmett more of our
food and he is loving it. He got a little piece of
licorice and was loving it!

Cute Lincoln. He loves to have his picture
taken and then to look at it on the
camera.

We went to the farm on Monday night
and they were doing their family night
activities. Lincoln got to make a hat, and
pretend to be a farmer.

ever seen?

We also were able to go to the farm with our
friends the other day and Lincoln wanted
to get a picture with them. He has really come
out of his shell and loves to play with friends.

Grand Cayman

This is going to be a long post with lots of pictures.
I haven't blogged in forever so it is time to play
catch up. These pictures aren't in an order so they are
a little random. We were able to celebrate
Easter in Grand Cayman. Craig and Lincoln
dying Easter eggs.

Swimming at the pool. We absolutely loved the
pool at our condo. We spent almost everyday
here. The boys never wanted to get out. Cute
little swim baby.

We went to Rum Point and my dad and Alex
would dive down and bring back starfish for
us to see. These things can move really fast.

We were also able to go to stingray city when
we were there. Emmett wasn't sure what to think.
Lincoln was a little scared at first but after we
left he couldn't stop talking about them.

We were craving Mexican and looked all over
for a place and eventually found a place within walking
distance from our condo. So good!

We went to a Botanical Garden one day
and hunted for Blue Iguana's. They were
very different than the green iguana's that
we saw walking all over the place.

Family Easter picture. The Easter Bunny had
a long way to hop to find us in Grand Cayman,
but he didn't disappoint.

When we arrived in Atlanta, waiting for the
shuttle to take us to the hotel. Excited to finally
be on vacation.

Sad day. Craig and Tyler had to leave to go
back to work. We all hated having them
leave, especially Lincoln. Lincoln cried and
cried after Craig left and everyday
he asked when daddy was coming home
from work.

Lincoln got this cute suitcase for his birthday
and loved being big like everyone else. That's
a lot of luggage.

We woke up Easter morning to this guy in our
Window. He was there every morning and night.
Lincoln said it was his pet. He named him Fweke.

Our cute Little Emmett. He attached himself to
this truck and it went every where with us. He
loves wheels.

we could go to dinner. It was amazing. Thanks
mom and dad it was a great break.

Lincoln's 3

Lincoln had his 3 year check up and they said he
is doing great. He is 30 pounds (37 %), 37 inches (46%).
He is growing into quite the little man. We sure love
our Lincoln. Here are a few of his favorite things.

I tried to take a picture to show how tall
he is but he wouldn't stand up straight. Still
cute.

We are going out of town and will be gone over
Lincoln's actual Birthday so we had to celebrate
it early. He wanted to have a buzz party.

We had a few friends and family over for the
party. I think it turned out very cute!

We had pizza and veggies. Then cake, cupcakes
and ice cream.

All the great presents.

We gave Lincoln's friends little prize bags.
They had a ball, a note pad, little paints,
a frog, a crazy straw and a Toy Story Pez
Dispenser. Lincoln picked everything out.

We played pin the tail on Bullseye.

I think the cake turned out great. Thanks
Megan for helping me, I never could have
finished without you.

learning how to ride it on his own and not

Emmett 9 Months

Our little smiling Emmett is 9 months. He is
19 pounds (25%), 29 inches (80%). He seems
to have turned into a little boy. He wants to be doing
whatever Lincoln is doing and loves to play
with the toys that Lincoln wants to be playing with.
Emmet has 4 teeth now which makes him look totally
different.

Emmett has an amazing smile, but don't let
that great smile fool you, this little boy has

some major attitude. We must be going through
a rough patch with him because he hates to sleep at
night, doesn't really like anyone else to be with him
other than mom, and has been pretty grumpy
lately. However, that doesn't keep us from loving
this super cute little guy. He is growing so much.
he rolls every where and can get to anything he wants
just from rolling. He is starting to scoot but he isn't
fast so he usually ends up rolling because he is faster.
We have started to feed him some of our food and he
loves that.
We love you little Emmett.

So I am a little behind on my blogging but
here is my update. We had a great Valentine's
day. Lincoln spent the night Friday night at my
parents house and they helped him make us Valentine's
cards. They were so cute and he was so excited to give them
to us.

We got spoiled rotten with presents.

Getting ready for our Valentine's Dinner. We had
stuffed Manicotti, Salad, and rolls.

We played Bingo, and another game where you
roll the dice and if you get a certain number or
doubles you get to open a present. All the presents
in the middle were socks! We played this game at
Christmas too, so now we all Valentines' and
Christmas socks.

We got to decorate and eat Sugar Cookies!
Yummy! Thanks Mom and Dad for the fun
party!

Shoveling Snow.

Lincoln got a little shovel this year and loved
being outside shoveling snow with his dad.

We have started bathing the boys together, they
both love this. Aren't they so cute!

Papa went to Taiwan for a long time but after
he came home he came to see us and brought the
boys fun things.

Lincoln was able to go to his first birthday party.
He was so excited to go to Chuck E. Cheese and
take Josiah his present. We all had a great time.

Scott, Elly, Drew and Owen came to visit
this last week. We went with them to the Living
Planet Aquarium. It was so much fun.

We also got to go to Disney On Ice with our good
friends. Nana and Papa got to watch Emmett
and we took Lincoln.

Lincoln loved the toy he got and loved all the
Disney Characters.

We got to see Buzz, Woody, Rex and Ham and
lots of other fun characters.

Our sweet little Emmett is 8 months old. I can't
believe how fast he is growing. He has the greatest
blue eyes and an amazing smile.

Emmett cut his first tooth this last week. He loves
to feel his tooth with his tongue. Emmett is well over
18 pounds now and is at least 28inches long. He
is rolling all over the place.

We can't have a month picture without our cute
Lincoln.

They sure love each other. Can't wait until
Emmett is a little bigger so he can play with Link.

Lincoln loves to get his picture taken. We have
had a great couple of months. Can't wait to see
what the next month brings.

Family

We had everyone over for dinner one Sunday
and Lincoln wanted Kelsey and Al to sit at his
table with him. They were good sports.

Emmett loves food. I think if he could eat ours
he would. I finally got him some little teething
crackers and he loves them. He thinks he is
big time sitting in his high chair eating them.

All messy.

Emmett is seven months and he is getting so big.
I took him to the doctor this last week and
he was 18 lbs and 28 inches long. He just
keeps growing.

He is all smiles and such a happy baby. He
is rolling all the time now. He loves his brother.
I think if Emmett could get up and walk he would
be running all over with Lincoln. We sure
love our baby. He loves all his baby food, he loves
to put everything he can find in his mouth and
he loves to be held. We are so glad to have him
in our house.

We can't take a picture of Emmett without one of Lincoln.
So here is other cute smiling boy.

We have been feeding Emmett cereal right before
bed lately to see if it will help him sleep
better and this particular night he was all smiles.

For Valentines I took a picture of the boys to give
for gifts. Aren't they so cute!

Saturday was so beautiful so we decided to
go to the Zoo. We had a great time. It was
great to be able to get outside.

The animals that were outside were very
playful. It was fun to see the Tigers up moving
around.

It has been a great month so far.

Emmett

What cute boys! We sure love them both. Lincoln
sure loves Emmett. He is always excited to
see him when he wakes up and wants to give
him hugs and kisses all the time.

Our Emmett is Six months old now. I can't
believe how fast he is growing up. He is such a
good baby. He always has a smile on his face, and
he has such a great smile! He is so patient with
all of us and loves to be held and talked to. He is
also really good at growling at us. He is a very
ticklish little boy and laughs and laughs when
he is tickled.

He is 16 1/2 pounds (33%) and 27 inches long (75%).
He is a great eater, you can tell by those chubby
cheeks that we all love to kiss.

He has discovered that he has feet and toes
on the end of those chubby legs and he loves
to play with them and eat them.

Getting the whole foot in there :) .

We have also started baby food and Emmett
LOVES all of it. The only thing he hasn't liked so far
is Peaches, but other than that he eats everything.

Emmett is so happy to be eating food. He
also really likes to grab at our plates, I think
if we would let him he would try everything
we eat.

We call these his skinny PJ's. I think he looks so
cute in them.

We got to visit with Grandma Ward when she
was here this last week. She is Emmett's
Great Grandma.

Emmett loves this little chair. He just
sits in it and watches us play or plays with toys.
He is now also rolling a lot. It has begun, he is a mover
and there is no going back. We are so glad he is in
our family, we love you Emmett.

Lincoln

Our Lincoln seems to be getting so old. He is
so much fun and has such a fun personality.
He is usually making us laugh by all the funny
things he says. His vocabulary has grown so much
in the last month. He talks all the time now and
has so much to say. However his favorite thing to
says right now is "Why"!

One huge thing that has been happening at our
house lately is potty training. Lincoln is doing
great. He has done so much better than I thought
he would at his age. We have had our fair share
of accidents but overall it is going great. We have
been at it for almost a month. Good Job
Link. We are so proud of you. Link with
his treat he got for going potty. He was so
excited.

We took Lincoln to Chuck E. Cheese this past
weekend and he LOVED it. He was so excited
to be there. He thought it was great that he
got little pieces of money that he got to use
to play games and go on rides.

We had a lot of fun there.

We sure love our Lincoln.

December

Sorry the first pictures ended up out
of order. We had a busy month of December
as I am sure everyone did so I am just
now posting about the fun things we did.
Here is Lincoln being silly with some cups.

Of course he had to let Emmett in on
all the fun. What a good sport. Emmett
really loves Lincoln. Whenever Lincoln
talks to Emmett or Emmett sees him he gets the
biggest smile.

Our First super exciting thing of the month
was that my sister Kelsey came home from
her mission in California. We sure missed her.
She did a great job and the people there loved her.

However, we are sure glad she is home with us.
At the airport.

Even though we told Lincoln about Kelsey the
whole time she was gone it still took a while for
him to warm up to her. We did finally get him to
give her a hug.

We were able to go to the Polar Express in Lindon
this year. We had a great time.

Lincoln loved being able to ride on a real
Train.

We even got to see Santa Clause. Lincoln
sat on his lap but wouldn't look at him. He did
whisper what he wanted for Christmas which was
just Presents and New Toys.

We had two Christmas's this year. We celebrated a
mock Christmas with my Family before we left
for Oregon and opened the majority of our
presents here. Lincoln got a kitchen. Which
he loves and uses all the time.

came and stayed the night at our house. It was a lot

Lincoln was spoiled rotten this year. He got
a bike from Al, Kel, Meg and Ty. He loves it and
the first thing he said when he got on was
"where is my helmet".

He got a super fun tent from Nana and Papa
and a sleeping bag. He loves playing in the tent.

Our Christmas eve dinner. We had a great
time with lots of good food.

We went to Oregon for Christmas this year.
Liz and Andy got us a place on the coast in
Lincoln City and we were able to stay there
with all our family. We got to go
down to the beach several times. Emmett

little boy was born. We are so glad that mom

such a great time spending it all with family.

We can't wait to see what this next year has in store
for our family.

5 Months

Our baby is 5 Months old. I can't hardly believe
how fast he is growing up. We sure love having
him in our family. He is always so smiley and
happy. He is laughing now and I just love listening
to him.

He has rolled over several times but doesn't
do it frequently. He loves his toes and his hands.
He loves holding onto and sucking on his toys.
He smiles whenever one of us look at him or talk
to him. And he really loves his big brother.

Look how long he is getting. He is our chunky,
happy, loving little boy and we are glad we have
him in our house.

November

Wow this month has just flown by. I can't believe
we are already at the end of the month and I am
just now posting. We decided to try cereal with Emmett
this month. He didn't seem to like it much but it
was fun feeding him for the first time.

He mainly just had fun sucking on it and then
spitting it back out. I guess we will just
have to keep trying.

Lincoln thought it was great watching Emmett
eat baby food.

Our little Emmett is four months old this month.
I can't believe how fast he is growing. He is just
a pleasant happy baby.

At his four month appointment he weighed
14 lbs. 6 oz. and was 26 inches long.
He is filling out now and rolls over every once in
a while. He loves watching his brother and has the
greatest laugh. He loves eating his hands and taking
his binky out of his mouth. We sure love our Emmett.

Our little Lincoln is so much fun. We took him
to Discovery gateway the other day and he loved
it. He had a blast collecting all the food in his
shopping cart.

"Oh my gosh nanna"
"Oh hello juice"
"Oh boy"
"Everybody, everyone watch this"
"I don't think so"
" I miss you mommy"

We were so excited to get Christmas set up
this year it went up right before Thanksgiving.
Lincoln loved helping put the tree up.

Lincoln was so excited when we woke up to
snow two weeks ago. The first thing he said
I want to build a snowman, get a carrot for nose.

It was great snow for building a snowman.

Lincoln loved being outside and playing in the snow.
His favorite thing to do was throw snowballs and
lay in the snow for snow angels. How fun. I love
how exciting everything is to him, it makes it all
so much fun for us.

October

My cute Emmett in his Halloween PJ's. They
started out huge and he must have grown over
the last month because they finally fit.

Emmett is finally getting big enough to sit
in the Bumbo Chair. I can't believe how fast he
is growing.

We took the boys to the pumpkin patch to
pick out their pumpkins. Aren't they so cute!

What a big boy he is. He loved trying to carry
all the pumpkins.

Still doesn't sit up very well but super cute anyway.

We went to our ward part two weeks ago and
had great food and lots of fun. Lincoln loved
going to the church and trick or treating (that
is what he called the party).

Megan and Tyler came over for dinner two Sundays
ago and we carved pumpkins. Lincoln
didn't want to touch the inside of the pumpkin
at all with his hands. We finally got him to use a
spoon but that didn't last long either.

Emmett is Three months old and so cute!
He has the best blue eyes.....

and the greatest smile.

He is a very happy baby. And getting so big.
I can't believe how fast he is growing.

He is still not sleeping all night but
usually only gets up once which I think
isn't to bad. He is sleeping in his crib
now and I think he likes all the space.
He is trying to learn how to roll over and
talks all the time. He is a really good baby
and I can usually tell exactly what he needs.
He is holding his head up pretty good now. He
also seems to recognize who we are. He loves
his brother and always smiles when he comes
near. We sure love our little man.

A couple weekends ago we got to
go to Cornbelly's with my family.
We had a great time.

I went to check on Lincoln the other
night before going to bed and this
is what I found. A peacefully sleeping
little boy. So cute!

Sunday Morning it was a little chilly in our house
so we broke out all the slippers. Cute feet!

Lincoln is learning his alphabet. He was practicing
with the letters on his bedroom wall. Below is a video

Fun Things!

Emmett has started to find his hands and for
some reason he always finds the same hand
and has to suck on it. Such a cute boy.

Nana brought a Woody hat for Lincoln
since his favorite things lately are Woody and
buzz.

At first Lincoln didn't want anything to do with
this hat and then one day he put it on and hasn't
let it out of his sight since then. Every where we go
we have to take the hat. Here he is riding Bullseye
wearing his Woody hat.

Emmett turned 2 months old this month and
he is growing like a weed. He now weighs
12 pounds 5 oz (59th perc.) He is 23.6 inches
in length (69th perc.).

We sure love our little Emmett. He is a great baby.
He is smiling all the time now and talks to us
a lot. He tells great stories. We are so glad
he is part of our family.

We took Lincoln to his first movie at the Theater.
We went to see Toy Story 3. I don't think Lincoln
moved the entire movie. He loved it! We had
a lot of fun. We love seeing Lincoln having fun.

I am doing a little preschool play group with
some ladies in my Ward. This was Lincoln
on his first day! I think it will be great for
him to get use to playing with other kids.

Lincoln sure loves his little brother. Aren't they
so cute!

I also started Lincoln in Swim lessons. We had
a great time at our first session. Doesn't he look
great.

The guys in our family went to the Sand dunes
this weekend so we had some girl time (with
two little boys). We went to Heritage Festival in
Pleasant Grove.

We got to see the fire station and check out
the fire engines.

it is fun to take baths with Emmett so we bath them
at the same time. Don't we have the cutest kids.
We sure love them.

The Last Few Weeks!

Our little boy is getting so big. He is now
taking a bath in the big tub. Lincoln loves
to help me give Emmett a bath.

So peaceful when they are sleeping.

At Relief Society last month they made
apron's. Lincoln loves to help me cook so I
made one for him. Isn't it cute!

I have been trying to get Emmett to do tummy
time and every time I do Lincoln always has to have
tummy time with him. Lincoln now say's move Emmett
me have tummy time. Silly boy!

My mom and I took the boys to the Bean Museum.
Lincoln loved looking at the Animals. After the
Museum we had a picnic and then got us some
yummy BYU Ice Cream.

1 oz. and is so much fun. He is talking and smiling.
We all love having him around he is getting to be
our little chunker.

This past weekend we went to a family reunion
in Idaho. It was fun to see our family and show
off our cute boys!

We were able to take a 5 generation picture
at our family reunion. My boys, me, Nana, Great
Grandma Ockerman and Great Great Granny Rose.

Nana.

Liz and Andy were able to come spend this last
week with us and we had a great time. They were
so wonderful and helped us so much with the kids
and in the yard.

Lincoln was such a great help to us while we were
working.

Lincoln is so cute with Emmett, always
trying to be close to him.

The other day Lincoln wanted to hold
Emmett and wanted me to take pictures.
Aren't they such cute boys.

We took Craig to Chili's for his birthday this
last week, we even got them to sing!

For Craig's birthday he chose Chocolate
Chip Cheesecake! Yum!

We decided for the 24th we would
get a few fireworks to do with Lincoln
to see if he would like them. He LOVED
them. After one would finish
he would jump up and say "Wahoo,
more daddy."

Week 2

Emmett is now two weeks old. He is much
more alert now and stays awake more.
We took him to his two week appointment on
Monday and they said that he is doing great.
He now weighs 8 lbs. 2 oz. He has gained over a pound.
He is a great eater. He is 21 inches long. We sure
love having him in our home.

Lincoln and I made play dough this last week.
He helped put everything in the pan and picked
the color out for the play dough. He played for
a long time trying out every cookie cutter.

Lincoln loving Emmett. I am pretty sure
he wishes that Emmett could play with
him now. He is always trying to feed him
treats and giving him his toys to play with.
Hopefully that will happen when Emmett is
big enough to play with him. I sure love
my boys!

Summer Fun~

The other day Lincoln asked for a treat and I told him
he had already had enough. So He decided he could find them
himself. He opened the door and climbed the shelves to
find the treats. I think we are in trouble.

We took Lincoln to Lehi's Miniature Float Parade.
It was a great parade and Lincoln got tons of Candy.

Our Ward did a Summer Bike Parade and BBQ.
The kids got to decorate their bikes and ride them
to the Park for lunch. It was a lot of fun. Hopefully
next year Lincoln will actually ride his bike instead
of having us carry it.

We love going to the Lindon pool. They have
a great kids play area. Lincoln loved the
slide.

He laughed every time he came down.

I decided to clean the stroller one day and Lincoln
decided it was more fun to sit in it backwards and
watch cartoons.

Here is our new little guy, Emmett William Fryer. He was born at 7 lbs 3.7 oz and 19 inches long.

Random Activities!

I am just now getting around to posting a few things
from the last few weeks. We were able to go to the
US Synthetic Crawdad Boil in May and had a great
time. Lincoln loved everything there was to do.

They had an awesome little animal train that
Lincoln couldn't stop talking about.

Lincoln's favorite part of the party was
launching the rockets. Stayed there for
most of the party and he would shoot the rocket
and then run as fast as he could to get the rocket
so he could do it all over again. It was fun to watch him.

We decided since Lincoln loves animals so much
and loves to be outside that we would get a year
membership to Hogle Zoo. We have been twice
and definitely feel like we are going to get our money
worth. Lincoln wants to go to the Zoo everyday and
talks about the animals all week.

There were two days where we thought
Lincoln was going to get potty trained but
that all went out the window. But I got this
cute picture of him in his undies.

Lincoln has a fascination with alligators right now
and was so excited to be able to see a real alligator
at the zoo.

Lincoln's hair is growing so fast these days
that he has been needing hair cuts more frequently so
Craig and I have learned how to cut it. Lincoln
thinks that it is so cool that he gets his hair cut
just like daddy.

It was finally warm enough this weekend to get
Lincoln's pool out. He was so excited and didn't want
to come inside.

We are excited for all the fun things we
are going to be able to do this summer, mostly
just being outside and playing. We are also
getting very excited for the new baby to come, only
5 more weeks to go.

Lincoln has decided that he doesn't want to have anything
to do with his crib anymore and that he only wants to
sleep in his big boy bed only one problem.....
he isn't sleeping very well. It takes him at
least an hour to fall asleep with us laying by
him and then he wakes up at least twice during
the night and both times it takes about an hour to get
him back to sleep. Any suggestions on how to get him to
sleep better we are all feeling a little sleep deprived, and that
shouldn't be happening until we have the new baby. What should
I do?

4 New Posts and Guatemala!

Craig served his mission in Guatemala and last
fall we found a great deal to go back. We were
all pretty nervous but it turned out just great.
This is the day that we got there after flying all
night.

Our Hotel room in Guatemala City, one of the nicer
hotels there (thank goodness).

We went to Antigua. We had a walking tour of
the little city. It was Beautiful. You couldn't drink
water any where so we went through tons of bottled
water. Liz and Andy were able to go with us.

We stay in this little hotel in Chichicastenago it made
us feel like we were camping. They barely had running
water.

the goods that they had made. We had a great
time moving through all the people trying
to barter and find our souvenirs.

We found an LDS Church in Panajachel. We
were so excited.

We were able to go visit the Ruins at Tikal. We
loved it. It was super hot that day and there
was tons of walking so we were extremely dead
by the end of the day but are really glad we went.

When Craig was there on his mission
he and his companion stayed with this
cute little old lady. She happens to still
live there and we were able to go and visit
and see where Craig lived.

Leaving our Hotel to come home. We had a great
time, everything was very interesting. Scary sometimes
but everything went very well. We were glad we went but
were also glad to come home to see Lincoln. Thanks
Liz and Andy for going with us and Thanks mom and
dad for taking good care of Lincoln. That made going much
easier.

Lincoln's Second Birthday!

We had Lincoln's second birthday on May 6, 2010.
Lincoln loves Mickey Mouse so we decided to
have a Mickey Mouse Birthday. I made this cake.
I think it turned out pretty cute and Lincoln loved
it.

cake and blowing out the candles but he
didn't even want to eat any of it.

Lincoln did great opening presents this year.
He would tear off little pieces at a time and hand
them each to me. As soon as he would get one
open he would want to play with each toy and
didn't want to continue opening more. He loved
everything he got. We had Nana and Papa there,
Uncle Al and Grandma and Grandpa Fryer. We also
had the neighbors over. Thanks everyone for the great
things you gave Lincoln.

He made a haul. He also got a swing set for the
backyard. I think Lincoln had a great time
at his birthday. I can't believe my baby is
2 already time goes by so fast. He is getting
so big and keeps us laughing or crying all the
time. He is now saying some really funny things
and he talks all the time. He is one busy body, he never
stops moving. He loves his mom and dad
a lot and shows us all the time with Kisses and hugs.
We sure love our Lincoln and are glad he was sent
to our family.

No more Binky!

When we got back from Washington DC I was
a little unsure of what to do about this lovely
binky. Link became very dependent on this
while we were in DC and it got two holes in it.
I knew that we were leaving in a few days for
Guatemala and that he would be staying with
my mom. I thought I could either try and get
him to give it up or get a new one for him to
take to my moms.

I decided that I would cut a hole in it and give
it back to him to see what happened. He sucked it
for a few minutes and then gave it to me and said
it was broken. I had him throw it in the garbage.
After that he asked about it for a couple days and
I had him tell me what happened to it but he
never really cried or asked for a new one. So
I am happy to say we are Binky Free. It is so weird
to think my little baby doesn't use a binky anymore.
He looks so much older without it in his mouth all the time.

It just so happened that we got rid of the Binky
the same day as Lincoln's 2nd Birthday. We
knew that we weren't going to have a party until
a few days later so we had a little party for just the
three of us. We took Lincoln to the Dinosaur Museum
(one of his favorite places to go) and then came home and
had Green Cupcakes.

Ever since we came home from Disneyland Lincoln
has talked about going on the boat ride there. Which
is It's a small world. He makes us sing the song over
and over again. One day we showed him a clip of the ride
from You tube, now this is a daily occurrence. This is
a picture of him sitting in a box watching It's a small world.

Washington DC!

Craig had to go to Washington DC on Business
the last week of April and so Lincoln and I
went with him. We also got to see a few of the
sites while we were there. Us at the
Lincoln Memorial.

they had a bunch of very random
Animals. We thought this little pig
was so cute!

there. We got to go swimming and play, it was
nice not to be stuck home alone.

We found this cute Bird House at
the Dollar Store today and Lincoln
had a great time painting it. He spent
a lot of time working on it and actually painted
the whole thing.

Disneyland!

This last week we were able to go to
Disneyland with Todd and Joelle and Grandma
and Grandpa Fryer. We had a great time.
Lincoln seemed to love every minute of it.

The first day we were there we went to
Down Town Disney and while the girls
did some shopping Lincoln stayed outside to
do some playing and climbing.

was so excited to see them from far away
but the minute it was our turn to get up
close he got a little scared. I think it
was because they aren't quite as big on TV

was over Lincoln would say "me more". He loved
going on rides and hated having to get off to get

We got to go to the beach one day and play in the
sand. He had a blast.

Craig and I got this yummy Carmel Apple and
I asked Lincoln to hold it so I could take a picture
and the first thing he did was try to take a bite out
of it. It was so good.

It was so hot most of the days that we went through
so many drinks. Lincoln picked out this yummy
Apple Slurpee.

This has got to be one of my favorite pictures from
our trip. These glasses were Ella's and Lincoln
had a great time with them. Every time he would
put them on he would get so excited.

things under water on this ride.

This was on our last tram ride back to the car.
We had a great time in Disneyland and loved being
able to be there with our family.

Easter Part 2

We decided it would be fun
to let Lincoln dye some eggs for Easter, so
we decided to color them at Nana and Papa's.

We started getting everything ready by putting
the little tablets in cups and while we were putting
water in the cups Lincoln decided that the tablets
were candy so he grabbed one of the cups took out
the pink tablet and put it in his mouth.

Well of course Craig and I started freaking out
which made Lincoln start screaming. We
ran him to the bathroom and washed his mouth out.
He didn't eat very much but it was very scary. What
a great way to start out our first year of egg coloring.

After that things went much better and Lincoln
seemed to have a great time coloring his eggs.
He loved seeing how they changed colors.

The Easter bunny made it to our house this year.
And we all got a lot of great things. Here is Lincoln's

I was surprised how much Lincoln enjoyed hunting
for eggs. He couldn't seem to pile enough of them in
his arms. He loved every minute of it and we
sure had fun watching him.

We went to the mall on Saturday and were hoping to
find an Easter Bunny that Lincoln could see and
sure enough they happened to have one at the Build
a Bear Store.

Lincoln was so impressed by the bunny and
had a great time feeling her soft fur. He just
kept saying Rabbit, Rabbit.

I thought after posting the picture of
Lincoln and the Cat looking out the Window I would
post one of Craig and Lincoln looking
out the window. Aren't they cute!

And last but not least my lovely
26 1/2 week pregnant picture and
my fun new hair cut.

Easter Part 1

For Relief Society they wanted people
to make cupcakes so I attempted to make
some cute ones. At least Lincoln thought they
were good.

They were really simple and I think they
turned out pretty cute!

Definitely Fun for Spring.

one got a hole in it and we had to throw it out
so now we are down to one. Maybe it will get
a hole in then we will be Binky Free.

Lincoln's Big Boy Room. He loves playing in
his new room.

This past weekend we tried to get Lincoln
to sleep in his Big Boy Bed we got as far as
drinking his bottle in bed but as soon as he
was done drinking his bottle he wanted out
of the bed.

He looks so tiny in that big bed.

Our Ward had an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday
and Lincoln seemed to love finding all the eggs.

Trying to carry as many eggs as he can.

He had fun putting everything in his basket.
And really loved the treats that were in the
eggs. We had a fun time. We can't wait
for Easter so he can hunt for more eggs.

Random Fryer Happenings!

I just thought I would share a few random
pictures of what we have been doing lately.
Lincoln was playing with the cookies cutters
and decided to put them on his arms.

Lincoln and the cat fighting over who gets to look
out the window. They both love being outside
and since the weather hasn't been great lately
this was the closest either of them got to being out there.

Our St. Patrick's day dinner. Green Hashbrowns
and Waffles. With Juice and Bacon. Craig
wouldn't let me do the bacon green :)!

We all made sure to wear our green.

We took Lincoln to Farm Country at Thanksgiving
Point on Saturday since the sun was out and he
had a blast. He loved feeding the animals
he thought it was so funny.

This is the best picture I could get of my
boys in their matching church clothes. Link
didn't want to hold still so we had to post
the one with Craig's eyes closed. Aren't
they so handsome though.

Lincoln loves to read books with dad.

Yesterday while I was cooking dinner
Craig and Lincoln played outside. This
is the view I saw when I looked out the
door. Aren't they so cute! Overall we
are doing great here, nothing to
exciting going on and we still don't have
a baby name picked out. Oh well.

Help from all you moms!

I need some help. I am having a hard time
letting go of the fact that Lincoln isn't going to
be the baby anymore so I have put off
doing a few things that need to be done before the
baby comes. We need to move Lincoln to
his big boy room and get rid of his Binky.
I am just wondering if I could get some
advice on how to do these two things and
when I should do them. The baby isn't
due until July but when should I move
him and should I try and get rid of his binky
now? What is your advice on these two things?

We are going to have another cute little
boy coming to our home in July and we are so
excited! However, we have no ideas on what
to name him so if you have any suggestions let us

Lincoln was getting fussy one night before bed
so we decided to make a tent. Lincoln loved
it. He played in it with us for a long time.

He ate his Peanut Butter Bread, played with
a flashlight and read books in his tent.

Today I decided it would be fun to make edible
play dough for Link. He loved it.

I am not sure he knew exactly how to play
with it but he did but every cookie
cutter on the rolled out dough.

He did love eating it as a snack though. We
saved the rest and maybe we will try it out
again tomorrow. There are a few other posts

Valentines

For Valentines we went to my parents house and
had a great breakfast. We had hashbrowns,
french toast, bacon and juice it was so good.

After breakfast we all exchanged our gifts.
We got some great things, thanks everyone.

We had a great day. On Monday Craig and I were
able to go to Dinner and run a few peaceful
errands for our date. I am so grateful for all the
Wonderful people in our lives.

Painting!

Last week we went outside to get the mail and
Lincoln had such a great time outside we had
to stay out and play for a little while. While we
were out there he jumped in puddles and collected
some big rocks.

I thought it would be fun for him to paint the
rocks, and he had a great time doing it. He now
carries his painted rocks around in a bucket.

Silly Boy!

I have a few pairs of soft, fuzzy socks and
Lincoln loves to play with them. This
is often what we come into our bedroom
to see.

He put the blue socks on his hands and he actually
had some on his feet as well. He held his hands out
like this in the air for a good portion of the show he
was watching. What a funny little boy! We sure love him.

Advice!

I need some advice from all you moms out there.
We have been talking about moving Lincoln
from his crib to a bed in the next several
months before the new baby gets here.
Do you think it is better to use a toddler bed
or a twin bed? We just aren't sure which one to
get. Any thoughts?

Christmas 2009

We had a great Christmas! We had my family come
stay at our house with us and we had a lot of fun.
This is our traditional Christmas dinner, it was
so yummy.

Christmas Morning. It looks like Santa found our
house. Look at all those presents.

Lincoln got his cute truck from nana and papa and
he loves it. Papa pushed him around in it all weekend.

Mommy and Daddy got Lincoln this cute table.
Every little boy need furniture his size and he loves
sitting up to the table and having us sit next to him.

The cat loves Christmas, the tree and all the paper
that he gets to play in after the presents are opened.
You can see somehow he made his way through all the presents to
his favorite window seat.

things. Thanks Santa for all the good stuff you
left for us.

Megan and Tyler were able to stay with us
as well.

Once Lincoln saw his truck and table he didn't want
to open any other presents he just wanted to play.

Lincoln made a haul this year he also got this

News of the week!

The news of the week is that we are going to
be adding someone to our Family in July 2010!
We are going to have another baby! We went
to the Doctor yesterday got to see a picture of our
new little baby. So far everything looks good.
I am 10 weeks along and feeling every second of
being only that far along. Oh well hopefully that
will pass soon. We are excited to have another
sweet spirit in our home.

Start of December

Lincoln loves to try on Daddy's shoes.

We finally got all of our decorations up and our
outside lights up. I love looking at all the Christmas
things in our house. Lincoln learned from the cat
how to lay under the Christmas Tree. At any given
time during the day you will find either the cat or Lincoln
or sometimes both of them under the tree.

We were given a gingerbread house and some
candy this year so Craig and I got to make this
cute house. We had a great time doing it. These
are just the first of the Christmas time activities
we have many more to come this month. Hope everyone
has a great Holiday Season.

Thanksgiving

We got to go to Oregon for Thanksgiving this year.
Everyone was there, it was a lot of fun. The
girls cooking dinner.

We got to go to the Festival of Lights while
we were in Roseburg, we love seeing these
lights. Lincoln really enjoyed them this year.

Utah Birthday!

I got to have two birthday's this year. The first
one was in Utah with my family. I got some
great presents. I got this great plate and a plant
for my house. I also got an Ipod, I am way excited
to start using it!

I got a melting wax candle. And a great card
with free date night!

Look at this yummy cake my mom made. It was
great.

Before the party we got to go to Olive Garden
for dinner and then to New Moon. I loved it!

Halloween!

Well Halloween came and went this year.
My Parents went out of town for Halloween
so we had to go to their house Trick or Treating
on Thursday so they could see how cute Lincoln was.

He knocked all my himself. And then something
scary came to the door.

Lincoln got lots of great things from Grandma
and Grandpa Ward for Halloween. A cute outfit,
a fun Halloween book and lots of Candy.

We also went to Aunt Megan and Uncle Tyler's
for a little Candy also.

That night we also went to ride the Halloween
train in Lindon. I am not sure Lincoln like the
scary parts but he liked riding on the train.

Here is our little Halloween Pumpkin. Isn't
he so cute!

We took him out for a little Trick or Treating
on Halloween. We went to about 5 houses
and he just wanted to eat the candy as fast
as he was getting it. So once he ate all that I decided we
were done.

home and all he wanted to do was to
eat the candy we were going to hand out
so we decided that he could watch
a little Sponge Bob Halloween
while all the kids came to get Candy.

First Snow Fall

Well it is offical, we have had our first snow fall.

Here are few pictures of the snow we got yesterday.
I can't believe it is not even halloween and we have this
much snow.

Some of it has now melted but it is still out

there and it is very cold.

This is Lincoln's first experience with snow.

He didn't even want to touch it.

He touched it once and all he could

say was "Cold". What a cute boy.

His hat is still a little big but at least it will keep his ears warm.

We had our Family Halloween part on Sunday.

We had lots of great company and food.

My baby brother started doing ballroom

dance this year and this was his first

competition. He did great we were so

proud of him. What a handsome young man!

I also went to my mom's ward's fabulous friday

this last weekend and made this

Vineyard Pumpkin Patch

Last Thursday my mom was babysitting some

neighboor kids so we decided to take them all

to the pumpkin patch.

They had lots of great things to do. We went through

the corn maze, saw animals and took some

great pictures.
